  • Elizabeth Brady

    MANAGING MEMBER

    Elizabeth has 25 years experience in real estate acquisitions, finance, project management, planning, entitlement, permitting, design, and construction. She has entitled over 1,200 units of residential, 1 msf of commercial, and 80 megawatts of solar by navigating complex political and environmental challenges at a State and local level. Ms. Brady has been dedicated to affordable housing and modular construction since 2015. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a Major in Finance and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of Wharton Bay Area Real Estate and a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.

  • King Sze

    PROJECT ASSOCIATE

    King manages OakBrook's team in the field by collaborating with Clients, Owners, construction vendors, and staff. He also handles site security for OakBrook homeless housing developments. King is bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese). The Sze’s settled in the Chinatown neighborhood of Oakland CA, where King’s mother created programs to further the prosperity of their immigrant community.

  • Joseline Camacho

    PROJECT ACCOUNTING

    Ms. Camacho is a part-time Project Coordinator. Joseline supports all OakBrook administrative functions and community outreach for real estate development and supervises moving logistics and labor for Resident Relocation supporting both moving, cleaning, and scheduling.

  • Isabel Salinas

    PARALEGAL

    Ms. Salinas is a paralegal for OakBrook and a Spanish translation agent. She manages legal documents, Spanish translation for resident communication, administration for memos of understanding, and legal notices. Isabel holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a minor in Immigration Law. Previously, Isabel worked as an Immigration Paralegal.

  • Diana Uribe

    OFFICE & FIELD COORDINATOR

    Diana is a project coordinator and Spanish translation agent. She collaborates with OakBrook administrative functions and gathering and compiling data from residents and participants.

  • Thomas Ferner

    FIELD AGENT

    Thomas is a field agent responsible for identifying potential housing and programs that could benefit participants. He manages communication between landlord and participants and assist households to stabilize and achieve a healthy independent living.

  • Cesar Lopez

    SITE MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

    Caesar is a maintenance and cleaning agent. He coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair works at buildings and job sites.

Strategic Advisors.

  • Charlie Brady

    Mr. Brady provides real estate and construction expertise as well as financial advice. Also a licensed civil engineer, Mr. Brady managed a $6B capital improvement program which included the design and construction of 10 million square feet across the University of Texas system utilizing more than 100 Architectural & Engineering consulting firms with a institutional division staff of 25 direct reports. Additionally, Mr. Brady’s career included 25 years in oil and gas management both domestically and internationally for onshore and offshore assets. He is also an Owner and Board Member of Apogee Communication, a national telecommunications corporation.

  • Malik Franklin

    Malik is an Advisor for OakBrook and a Managing Partner of Verdant Capital Advisors, LLC, a financial advisory firm. He is also a Partner at SLB Capital Advisors, a real estate advisory firm and Northbridge Investments, a real estate investment firm. He has 15 years experience in investment banking with 10+ years dedicated to the real estate sector. His real estate experience include capital raising for REITs and other real estate organizations and has experience underwriting multifamily, office and retail transactions. He holds a MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Dartmouth College. He is a California DRE Brokerage Licensee (#01926241).
