01 //Housing Relocation

OakBrook works to find stable housing environments for the most in need communities. We provide housing case management, housing relocation, and wellness monitoring. We understand the communities need and provide them with the adequate support and resources.

02 //Data Analytics

Information is the key differentiator in decision making, what you present, ask for and how you exceed expectations are the results of how to integrate and analyze data. Our team are skilled at collecting and reviewing data to discover insights and offer solutions.

03 //Acquisitions

OakBrook has an eleven-year history in successful real estate acquisitions and can help its clients locate an ideal building or land for future permanent supportive housing or transitional shelter sites.

04 //Job Coaching

Providing coaching to households on interview techniques, OakBrook hosts community job fairs in creation of resumes. Facilitating helpful information such as free classes and connecting individuals to jobs that provide training. When possible we connect candidates to nonprofits like Dress for Success who facilitate interview clothing.

05 //Site Security + Cleanliness

Vandalism, theft, squatting and illegal dumping are the four examples of disruptions to any business operations and project.  DCS provides guard services, technological surveillance, and site maintenance such as cleaning illegal dumping and problem solving each unique and different situation that arises.
